Terms of service

These terms apply between Picture That Property LLC ("we") and anyone who books a shoot, receives our deliverables, or subscribes to a social media plan. Booking a shoot or paying for a plan means you agree to them. Book online through our booking page, or by phone or email. Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours may be charged a trip fee. Exterior, twilight, and drone work depend on the weather. Drone work also depends on FAA airspace authorization for the property's location. When conditions prevent part of a shoot, we reschedule that part at no charge. The property is photographed as we find it. We do not move furniture, stage rooms, or clean. Someone with access needs to let us in at the scheduled time. Our shoot prep checklist covers what to do before we arrive. Turnaround windows start after the shoot: 24 hours for photos, aerials, floor plans, and 3D tours; 48 hours for video walkthroughs and social reels; 72 hours for the White Glove package. Deliverables arrive through Aryeo. Shoots are paid through Aryeo. Social media plans are paid through Square and billed monthly, with a three-month minimum, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We own the copyright in every photograph and video we deliver. When you pay for a shoot, you receive a license to use the deliverables to market the property and your real estate services, including on the MLS, on Zillow and similar sites, on your website, and on social media, for as long as you like. The license does not allow you to sell the images or hand them to another party, such as a new listing agent, a builder, or a publication, without our written consent. Ask us; we usually say yes. We may show the work in our portfolio, on our website, and in our marketing. If you would rather we did not use a particular property, tell us and we will leave it out. Images we deliver as virtually staged are labeled as such. You agree to keep that labeling wherever the MLS, Zillow, or the law requires it. Our AI disclosure explains what we alter and what we do not. We carry out every shoot with professional care. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
