Our commitment

Picture That Property LLC wants everyone to be able to use this site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or reduced motion. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

In September 2026 we audited the site and fixed what we found:

Text and controls meet contrast minimums in both the light and dark themes, measured rather than estimated.
Every form field has a visible label, works with autofill, and shows a clear focus ring for keyboard users.
Every page has landmarks for its header, navigation, main content, and footer, and a "Skip to content" link for keyboard users.
Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Links and buttons are sized and spaced for touch.

Known limitations

Three parts of the site come from other companies and may not meet the same standard: the booking form (Aryeo), the 3D tour viewer (CloudPano), and embedded videos (YouTube). If any of them gets in your way, you can book and ask questions by phone or email instead.
