Yes. We understand the photography standards expected on commercial platforms like LoopNet and CoStar, and we deliver images sized and formatted for those listings.

Can you do construction progress photography for a development project?

Yes. We offer ongoing construction documentation photography, including regular phase-by-phase progress shoots, aerial drone documentation, and final completed-project photography for marketing, press, and investor reporting.

Do you include drone photography with commercial shoots?

Drone photography is available as an add-on to any commercial shoot. For most commercial properties, aerial imagery is highly recommended — it communicates scale, site access, and location context in a single frame. All drone work is performed by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot.

How far do you travel for commercial shoots?

We shoot throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro area from our base in Oregon City. Travel fees may apply for properties more than 40 minutes away. Contact us for larger projects outside the metro.
