How we use AI

Standard processing. Every photo gets exposure, color, and lens correction, and interior shots get window blending so the view outside is visible. On some exterior photos we replace an overcast sky with a clear one as part of this standard processing. These images are not individually labeled.
Virtual staging and virtual twilight. These add-ons are produced in-house with AI-assisted tools. Every virtually staged image is labeled as such when we deliver it, and we follow MLS and Zillow rules for altered listing photos.
What we never do. We do not create photographs of a property from nothing. We do not add, remove, or alter structural features, views, or defects to make a property look like something it is not.
We use AI tools to help draft emails and text messages. A person reads every message before it is sent. Booking confirmations and delivery notifications are automated system messages, not AI-written. You can always reach a person at (503) 594-7693 or office@picturethatproperty.com.
The text and code of this site were written with AI assistance and reviewed by us. We allow AI search crawlers to index our public pages.
We do not knowingly submit your personal information to AI tools beyond the vendors named in our privacy policy.
