Picture That Property LLC ("we") is a real estate photography business in Oregon City, Oregon, serving Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. Your name, email, phone number (optional), what best describes you, and your message. We keep this in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system we use to track conversations, and we receive a text alert with your name and message through OpenPhone so we can reply quickly. We use it to answer you. Social media plan checkout. Your name, email, and the plan you chose. You enter card details in a field hosted by Square, which converts them into a token in your browser. The card number never reaches our server. Square stores your customer record, card on file, and subscription. We also send your name, email, and plan to GoHighLevel so we can start your onboarding. Booking. The booking form on our site is an Aryeo page displayed inside our page. Anything you enter there goes to Aryeo under Aryeo's privacy policy. The form may ask your browser for your location to help fill in the property address. You can decline.

• No tracking cookies.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share phone numbers or texting consent with anyone else for their marketing.

If you give us a phone number, we may text you about your inquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a limited time.
• YouTube plays the videos on our video page and sets its own cookies when you play one.
• CloudPano displays the sample 3D tour.
• Aryeo provides the booking form.
• Square provides the payment fields.
• GoHighLevel stores contact and customer records.
• OpenPhone delivers our text alerts.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Password-protected pages set a one-hour session cookie; none are currently in use. Contact and customer records stay in GoHighLevel and Square while we work together and afterward as part of our business records. Email us and we will delete them, except where we need to keep a record for tax or legal reasons. Email office@picturethatproperty.com to see, correct, or delete your information. We reply within 30 days. Oregon's Consumer Privacy Act applies only above thresholds most small businesses do not meet. We honor these requests anyway. The photographs and videos we deliver depict property, not people. They are covered by our terms of service, including how we may show them in our portfolio. The date at the top shows the last update. If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we will say so on this page.
