For beautiful homes with custom features that don't quite need a full luxury package, this is the choice for upscale services geared toward well-qualified buyers.
These homes tend to be either on the larger side or have more custom features or both, and their locations are part of their selling features. To show off both, we have gone with the most cinematic video on the roster that runs at a slower-moving pace more suitable for admiring everything.

- Upscale Photos (same higher contrast, magazine-style photos that we use for our luxury homes. As many images as necessary to cover all the details that make your property special)
- Combination Video (2-3 minute, landscape-orientation video with drone exterior video married to cinematic interior video optimized for YouTube)
- 3 Aerials if the weather permits (any drone work we can't get due to weather will come off the invoice)
